Tess Ojiambo

Client Partner, Leadership Coaching and Change

Tess is a qualified executive coach and a talent development professional, with expertise in executive coaching, competency-based interviewing and assessments for leadership development. She is also a trained core health and wellness coach.

Her extensive experience includes 19 years in the banking industry, where she held senior leadership positions, and she has spent the past 13 years as an executive coach and consultant. Some of her notable corporate clients include World Bank, Absa Bank, Stanbic Bank, Capital Markets Authority, National Oil Corporation of Kenya, Heineken, Beiersdorf, and Kenchic. She holds an LL.B  (Laws) and LL.M. (Laws) from University of London. She has a Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems (USA), Leadership Versatility Index Certification from Kaplan & DeVries, Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, Gestalt Coaching Certificate and Systemic Team Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (UK).

She has previously engaged with the Career Connections team as an Associate, collaborating with us on various leadership development programs. She is part of the senior management team, driving strategic business objectives and providing leadership and direction to the Leadership Coaching and Change team.
