For over two decades, Career Connections has been at the forefront of people consulting, talent development, and executive coaching in Africa. Through strategic collaborations, innovative solutions, and a deep commitment to unlocking human potential, we have shaped the talent landscape in East Africa and beyond.

1997 - 2010

Laying the Foundations of Excellence

Pioneering psychometric assessments and executive search, we set the standard for talent acquisition and leadership development, and becoming the only triple-accredited executive coaching program provider in Africa. Through global partnerships, we introduced data-driven assessments and executive coaching, shaping high-impact leadership solutions.
  • Key partnerships with Hogan Assessment Systems, Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), Talogy and Morrisby.
  • Through the AoEC, we are the only triple-accredited executive coaching program provider in Africa.
2010 - 2020

Expanding Impact Through Global Partnerships

Strengthening leadership and organisational development, we expanded into strategic talent consulting, digital recruitment, and executive development. With a growing global network, we built solutions that enhance executive search, team performance, coaching and mentorship.
