Sophie Bruas

Sophie is an accredited Executive Coach and accomplished Coach training faculty member and Coach Supervisor. In her capacity Sophie has developed a large number of executive coaches and contributed to ensuring high standards of coaching practice.

Sophie has been coaching for more than six years, and her coaching is influenced strongly by the Co-active Coaching Model, which emphasises the systemic perspective of coaching, highlighting that various facets of the client’s life interact in motion and impact work decisions. Sophie has coached clients from ICDC, Nielsen, Stanbic Bank, Barclays Bank, World Bank, PS Kenya, and Internet Solutions among others.

Sophie is a graduate of the International Coaching Community (ICC), UK, from which she earned her Accredited Coach Supervision diploma. Her experience in supporting coaching as a faculty member for the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching programme and mentor coach for executive coaches provide her a unique understanding of how to support coaches in their learning and coaching journeys.

Sophie holds an MSc. from the University of Manchester and a degree in Logistics Management from the University of Paris XIII.
