Aparna Patil

Aparna Patil is a Senior Principal and currently leads the Purpose consulting unit. She works closely with our Australian partner, People With Purpose, to help organisations design their purpose and develop purpose-led strategies. She is also a facilitator-in-training for our Innovation consulting solutions and collaborates with companies to build a culture of innovation.

She joined Career Connections in 2022 and has over 13 years of unique professional experience in the private and public sectors having worked across a range of sectors – Banking, Manufacturing, Event Management, Human Resources, People Development and most recently with the UK Civil Service at the British High Commission in Nairobi.

Aparna is a qualified Executive Coach with a Practitioner Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). She holds a Masters (MSc) in International Management from the University of London and a Bachelors (BSc) in MORSE (Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics) from the University of Warwick, UK.
