Simran is a Consultant in the Coaching and Change function at Career Connections, East Africa’s leading talent consulting firm and a partner to the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), the most highly accredited coaching organisation in the world. She is a talent development professional with specialised experience in client engagement, crafting bespoke leadership development programmes for individuals as well as teams, stakeholder management, and programme administration. She also has generalist HR experience in manpower planning, recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding processes, performance management, disciplinary & grievances, and HRIS. Simran has special interest in family businesses and applying a social psychological lens to create practical organisational solutions. Her qualifications include a MSc. Organisational & Social Psychology from the London School of Economics & Political Science, and MA (Hons.) Business Studies from the University of Edinburgh. Simran is also certified to provide feedback for Hogan Assessments. She also has certificates from the Academy of Executive Coaching’s (UK) Coaching Skills Certificate for Managers programme, as well as from PSI A&DC’s (UK) Competency Based Interview Training.
