Aparna Patil

Aparna Patil currently leads the Purpose consulting unit where she partners with organisations to help them transition into purpose-led organisations. She is also involved in the design and facilitation of modules within our leadership development programmes and Innovation solutions.‍

She has over 15 years of unique professional experience in the private and public sectors having worked in Kenya and the UK. Prior to joining Career Connections, Aparna’s experience covered a range of diverse industries including banking, manufacturing, hospitality, and the UK Civil Service.

Aparna is certified from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), UK, in the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and Team Coaching Fundamentals. She is certified by Talogy in the Assessor Skills Training, by Kaiser in the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI), USA, and by Hogan Assessment Systems (HAS), USA. She holds a Masters (MSc) in International Management from the University of London, UK and a Bachelors (BSc) in MORSE (Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics) from the University of Warwick, UK.
